Tiny Pink Bouquets

Took this shot yesterday. I don't know what kind of tree this is, but it reminds me of tiny bouquets of pink flowers. I am at training in State College for 3 days this week. Unfortunately I cannot find much to capture around the conference center. Don't know if I'll feel braver tomarrow & venture out into the area or not.

Lilac

Nothing says spring like the intoxicating scent of lilacs.

They are blooming!

Each spring, starting with a tiny bit of color, I anxiously await the blooming of the redbuds. To me, there is no more beautiful spring blossom. If you can find several growing together they remind me of a mauve cloud. This evening the Fuji & I spent some time capturing enough blooms to hopefully keep me happy til next spring. Please enjoy.

County Courthouse

The Fulton County Courthouse, nearly 200 years old, is a favorite spot for me to photograph. Tried to capture it this evening highlighted by tree blossoms in the McConnell Park. Not really happy with this pic. I really need to use the tripod to get clear, crisp photos.
